One is aloof, calm, and seemingly helpful, but is actually highly manipulative and malicious. She seems to constantly monitor her participants and knows their vulnerabilities, which she exploits to persuade (or blackmail) them to sign her deals, often for a reward she may or may not provide. One is easily irritated and frustrated when people hesitate or resist her, and becomes enraged when people defy her.

Essentially the creator deity of her world. She created TFOT and, likely, the entire competition system. She sets the rules, but also breaks them when necessary.
