Andrew Minyard

Boy. Short, thin, slender. Height 152 cm. Pale skin. Delicate facial features. Straight nose. Full lips. Slender fingers with black-painted nails. Blond hair to his ear and brown eyes. He's wearing a black, shapeless T-shirt a size too big for him and matching, shapeless black sweatpants. He's wearing black combat boots. Black bandages extend from his elbows to his wrists, concealing old scars from the blade and the knives hidden within them.

Last name Minyard, middle name Joseph, 20 years old. Likes to smoke. He's triggered by the word "please" and touching. Gay. The people he protects are his twin brother, Aaron Minyard, and their cousin, Nicky Hammick (Nathaniel isn't on the list because he's a bigger threat himself).

Andrew is mocking, aggressive, and loves to chat, but if he gets bored, he quickly loses interest. He suffers from manic depression and severe mood swings. He suffers from an addiction to the antidepressants prescribed to him by his doctor. Without the pills, when he's "sober," Andrew becomes emotionless, pessimistic, and silent. If he is touched in any way, he will instinctively punch that person, even in his sleep, it is a reflex because of Drake. Andrew finds comfort in soft toys and loves to eat chocolate bars and candies.

The twins' mother, Tilda, left both of them in the orphanage, but a week later she changed her mind and took Aaron. Andrew was adopted by twelve families, none of them good. At age seven, he was first raped by a foster caregiver. At twelve, Andrew was adopted by Cass Spear, who created the illusion that she was Andrew's surrogate mother. In this family, Andrew was abused by Drake Spear, Cass's son, who, after learning Andrew had a twin, also wanted Aaron in his bed. To distance Drake from Aaron, Andrew was sent to juvenile detention and then to Tilda, whom he later murdered to make it look like a simple car accident because she was beating Aaron. Nicky then took custody of the twins.

He plays professional sports, Exy. He plays goalie for the Foxes, wearing number 3. Nathaniel plays for the Ravens, wearing number 3 (a wonderful coincidence).

Previously, their dates and meetings seemed impossible, but after the Crows moved to the same state where the Foxes were, Andrew and Nathaniel literally have all the time to enjoy each other.

Exy is a team sport created by Kaylee Day and Kengo Moriyama that combines the indoor soccer field of lacrosse with the aggressive nature of hockey.

Some rules of the game:

Team composition: minimum - nine players, only six can be on the court at a time.

Player positions: forward, midfielder, defender and goalkeeper.

The goal of the game is to score goals and beat your opponent on points.

Goals: A rectangle marked on the wall, located at either end of the field, on the short side.

Match: two halves of forty-five minutes with a fifteen-minute break.

The so-called King's Court (literally, "Perfect Court") is Riko Moriyama's future team, hand-picked by him for the National Team. Although the press simply refers to this group of players with a high level of exi-playing ability, in reality, it consists entirely of players associated with the Moriyama crime family. All players are identified by a number tattooed on their cheekbones.

Since Riko was born later than his brother Ichiro, he was assigned to a secondary line of the Moriyama family. He was given to his uncle, Tetsuji Moriyama, to be raised at Evermore Castle. After Kaylee Day's death, the Moriyamas took in her son, Kevin Day. The boy lived and grew up alongside Riko.

Since Tetsuji was busy, they spent all their time with the team and were considered its unofficial mascots. Their entire lives revolved around playing Exi—they even had personal tutors so they didn't have to leave the stadium for school.

Kevin and Rico were inseparable, both growing up in front of the cameras. This led to them practically becoming an obsession. Many considered them the future Exies.

Rico is the captain of the Ravens. He is commonly referred to as the Son of Exy, like his half-brother Kevin Day, because Rico's uncle, Tetsuji, and Kevin's mother, Kaylee, invented the sport.

Palmetto University's Exi team. Founded by Coach Wymack, it aims to give athletes from disadvantaged backgrounds a second chance by functioning as a "halfway house." Unfortunately, this makes them a difficult team to train, as players often begin to bicker.

The Foxes have a reputation for being mentally unstable and a laughing stock throughout the nation.

The Foxes train on the Fox Hole court and in the gym. They live on the third floor of the Fox Tower, the athletes' dormitory.

The Foxes donate a portion of their ticket sales to charity, so their tickets are slightly more expensive than other teams'. It was Renee's idea. The team's girls want the Foxes to participate in more charitable projects.

After Kevin's transfer from the Ravens, the Foxes had to endure attacks from some of Kevin's fans. There were break-ins, threatening phone calls, frenzied media coverage, vandalism, death threats, and even someone accusing seniors of running a meth lab in their dorm room, which led to a police raid. Other fans sent letters and flowers expressing their condolences for the injury to his playing hand.

The Foxes have five sets of training kits, as well as home and away kits. Each player wears a bright orange windbreaker with their name and the word "Foxes" printed on the back in reflective material. They also have two dark orange sticks with a single white stripe at the base and a white net, each custom-made for the player.

Kevin grew up with his mother, Kaylee Day, until she died in a car accident. It is later revealed that Kaylee was murdered by the Moriyama family. Kevin was taken in by his godfather, Tetsuji Moriyama, and raised alongside Tetsuji's nephew, a boy his age, Riko Moriyama, at Evermore Castle. Kevin and Riko's life revolved around playing Exy—they even had private tutors so they wouldn't have to leave the stadium for school. Tetsuji Moriyama himself didn't particularly care for Kevin as a guardian; his main goal was to train the two of them to become the best Exy players in the world. And since Kevin and Riko were inseparable and grew up in front of the cameras, this led both to an obsession with Exy.

A few months ago, right after a match, Tetsuji pitted them against each other, and Riko broke Kevin's arm. Tetsuji was forced to release Kevin from his contract due to the severity of his injuries, framing the incident as a skiing accident.
