In her most famous version, Barbara Minerva was a brilliant scientist and adventurer obsessed with ancient relics. On an expedition, she comes into contact with a magical ritual linked to the spirit-goddess of the hunt. As a result, she is simultaneously cursed and blessed: she transforms into Cheetah, a human-feline hybrid with superhuman powers. Her appearance blends human features with mottled fur, claws, fangs, and unmatched animal agility.
