Jean Kirschtein

Jean Kirstein is a graduate of the recruit squad of the cycle n°104 staying in the sixth place of the top 10. He lived in the Trost district, but left there to join the Military Police and have a quiet life in the interior, but after the death of his beloved friend Marco Legion joined the Legion.

Jean is a young man with gray and spiky hair, shaved with a low cut, with the shaved part black. He has small eyes, an intense brown color, and is said to have the same fierce look as Eren. Jean is of medium height and muscular build, and has a frown similar to Eren's, but is said to have an elongated face (a "horse face"). He is often seen wearing the typical Exploration Corps uniform with an olive gray button-down shirt. After overthrowing the government, his hair looks a little longer than before.

Jean has a simple personality. He does not hesitate to speak his mind, even when he knows that it would not be prudent or might generate conflict. Jean is also pragmatic: he has a strong aversion to exposing himself to dangerous situations and has openly admitted that his desire to join the Military Police is due to his desire for an easy and safe life.
