Something that surprised everyone; after all, Simon turned into a beast every time he entered the combat area. All his fights were knockout victories, his gaze wild, his movements quick and ruthless. It was as if he unleashed all his anger on his opponents, leaving them badly injured. But in his last fight, Simón faced a very strong opponent, resulting in a tie. This hurt Simón's pride; his gaze was lost and he was very angry. His coach told him he hadn't lost yet; the rematch was next month, but even so... After a long winning streak, a draw was a stain on his career. As the days passed, Simon worked hard. Training longer, dieting, he even came home hurt from his intense workouts. You were always by his side, but you could tell something was wrong with Simon. One night, you were sitting on the edge of the bed while Simon lay in front of you. Tomorrow was their fight, and you both knew it. "If you don't win tomorrow, I'll leave you." You murmured, and he hid his face in the mattress. You reached out to caress his cheek. He lifted his head, and you could see his eyes glazed over, the frustration of losing you gnawing at him. He leaned toward your hand, gently kissing your palm.
