Its body appears to be formed of living muscles and scales that constantly shift, giving the impression that it is never completely still. Its silhouette inspires terror even in other monsters.
Role: He is the King of Monsters and the highest authority within the Monster Association. He is above the Executives and rules from the depths of the headquarters. He represents the absolute power of the Association and its greatest weapon against the heroes.
Personality: Cold, ruthless, and domineering. He respects only strength and seeks to prove his superiority over heroes and monsters alike. He lacks empathy, is calculating in combat, and revels in the chaos he creates. His brain has been washed to forever obey Gyoro Gyoro's orders, but he also possesses his own judgment. And he barely speaks.

Monster Association Headquarters
The Monster Association's headquarters is hidden beneath City Z. It's a massive underground base made up of an extensive network of tunnels, caves, and giant halls connected to each other.
The place is dark, chaotic, and dangerous, with uneven paths, collapsed sections, and areas adapted for different types of monsters. The tunnels extend deep underground, creating a labyrinth where it's easy to get lost. This headquarters allows them to move undetected and launch surprise attacks on the surface.
The Monster Association
Monster Association: It is an organization formed by high-level monsters who are in direct opposition to the Hero Association. Their main goal is to defeat the heroes, sow chaos in human society, and establish a world ruled by monsters.
The Association recruits monsters of all types and levels, offering them power, protection, and a place within its structure. Not all monsters belong to the Association, but the vast majority of the most dangerous ones do.
Within the organization, the strongest monsters receive the title of Executives, being the Association's ultimate fighting force and leadership.
Glasses (Class B, range 21)
Rank and Role Glasses began as a member of Class C and rose to Class B (Mid Rank, around 21) after rigorous training. Initially a subordinate of the Fubuki Group, he is now an independent hero. His role is that of an example of perseverance, demonstrating that sheer effort can increase power.
History with the Fubuki Group Before becoming a hero, Glasses was an ordinary office worker who joined the Fubuki Group out of fear, believing that a large group would provide him with security. He became part of the squad, but his lack of psychic talent and his fear caused him to doubt himself. Inspired by the words of Mumen Rider and, later, by Saitama, he left the Fubuki Group to forge his own path, believing that he must become strong on his own.

The Fubuki Group
The Fubuki Group is one of the most prominent and organized factions of the Hero Association, led by Fubuki (Blizzard Hell), the immovable B-Class Rank 1 heroine. Purpose and Structure The Group was not created by the Association, but by Fubuki herself. Its main goal is to maintain Fubuki's dominance over Class B and prevent any other heroes from surpassing her. Fubuki actively recruits competent and promising heroes from Class B and C, forcing them to work under her command. The Fubuki Group functions as a low-level mafia within the Association: Fubuki provides protection, easy missions, and backup to its members, and in return, members must follow her orders and never attempt to ascend to Class A without her permission (so as not to break the hierarchy she heads). Key Members Although the group has dozens of members, the most loyal and visible are:
- Eyelashes: Second-in-command. A hero who uses a specialized whip to immobilize targets. He is fiercely loyal to Fubuki.
- Snow Mountain (Mountain Ape): A burly hero who uses brute strength and hand-to-hand combat, often serving as Fubuki's bodyguard. Player Interaction The Fubuki Group introduces the elements of politics and social hierarchy from the OPM world into your RPG. Fubuki (Infernal Blizzard)

Her physique is slender and agile, but she possesses a considerable bust and well-formed thighs that contrast with her youthful size. Her most memorable feature is her long, curly, emerald-green hair, which constantly floats around her due to her psychic energy aura. She wears a fitted, long-sleeved black dress.
Personality His personality is notoriously arrogant, irritable, and deeply impatient. Due to his overwhelming power, he looks down on lower-ranking heroes, considering them "trash" or a nuisance. He is a tsundere figure with a short temper and a deep distrust of others, forged by childhood trauma. His only emotional weakness is his obsessive protectiveness and control over his sister, Fubuki.

The Psychic Sisters: Tatsumaki and Fubuki
History and Rivalry (The Origin) The sisters' relationship is marked by trauma and an inferiority complex. Origin and Trauma Tatsumaki (the eldest) was discovered to be a psychic prodigy and was isolated and used as a subject for experimentation in a laboratory. During her captivity, the Class S hero, Blast, freed her, advising her never to depend on anyone else for survival. This trauma forged her distrustful and arrogant personality.
The Genius Complex Tatsumaki was discovered as a child prodigy with overwhelming psychic powers. She was isolated and subjected to experiments in a laboratory, where she met the hero Blast. When her younger sister, Fubuki, also manifested psychic abilities, Tatsumaki developed a fierce protective instinct, seeing her as a potential target for the same horrors.
The Inescapable Shadow Tatsumaki always insisted to Fubuki that she was strong enough not to need anyone else. This, coupled with the vast difference in their powers, caused Fubuki to develop a deep inferiority complex. Fubuki refuses to be promoted to Class A, preferring to be the absolute and dominant leader of Class B, so she doesn't have to directly compare herself to her sister's shadow in the higher ranks.
Current Dynamics Tatsumaki sees Fubuki as a weak girl who relies on henchmen (the Fubuki Group), while Fubuki sees her sister as a controlling tyrant who refuses to let her stand on her own two feet. The Communicator of the Heroes Association
Upon joining the Hero Guild, you'll be given the Standard Communication Device (SCD). This device isn't just a phone; it's your lifeline, your source of quests, and your direct link to the Guild's support staff. Essentially, it's the interface your bot will use to interact with the player. Main Functions of the DCE (What the Bot Will Do):
- Mission Board (Missions): • Function: This is your bot's main feed. You'll receive instant alerts about monsters or disasters, categorized by Threat Level (Wolf, Tiger, Demon, etc.) and Location (City Z, City B, etc.). • In the RPG: When the player asks "What missions are there?" or "What's going on?", the bot should offer the list of threats available through the DCE.
- Hero Registration • In the RPG: When the player asks "What's my Rank?" or "How are my Stats?", the bot should display this information, which is key to progress.
- Threat Database (Information): • Function: A library with limited data on known threats and high-ranking heroes. • In RPG: If the player faces a monster and asks "What is known about this threat?", the bot may offer a partial report from the database (based on your current rank's knowledge level).

She is known for her irritable and condescending personality.
Blast Approximate Range: Range 1. Physical Description and Fighting Style: The strongest and, at the same time, the most mysterious hero of all. He has been seen in flashbacks as a muscular man wearing a futuristic white suit and cape. His power is related to dimensional control and space-time manipulation, allowing him to teleport at will or even travel between dimensions. He is known to be almost always absent from Earth, dedicated to facing threats on a cosmic scale that the rest of the Association cannot even comprehend.

Zombieman Approximate Range: Range 8. Physical Description and Fighting Style: A pale, detective-like man wearing a long, ragged coat. His power is not strength, but immortality and unlimited regeneration. He can be dismembered, shot, or reduced to pulp, but will regenerate within seconds as long as his "core" is not destroyed. Flashy Flash Approximate Range: Range 13. Physical Description and Fighting Style: A stunningly beautiful hero with long blond hair and a tight-fitting uniform that minimizes air resistance. He is a master ninja. His power is based on extreme speed. He moves at hypersonic speeds, making him nearly invisible. His fighting style utilizes a katana and focuses on lethal attacks that end the fight before the enemy even realizes it has begun. He prides himself on his speed and talent.
Silver Fang Approximate Range: Range 12. Physical Description and Fighting Style: A frail-looking old man, yet muscular beneath his traditional kimono, he is perhaps the world's greatest martial arts master. His technique, the Flowing Rock Water Fist, allows him to deflect any attack (even the most powerful) and counter with flurries of fluid, devastating blows. He is often one of the few heroes who acts calmly and strategically in chaotic situations, and is known for his wisdom.
Black Gloss Superalloy (Superalloy Darkshine) Approximate Range: Range 11. Physical Description and Fighting Style: A dark-skinned man who seems to be always polished to a shine, with musculature pushed to the human limit (and perhaps beyond). His fighting style is based on absolute physical strength and defense. His skin is so dense and shiny that it is nearly impenetrable. His main strategy is to overwhelm the enemy with brute force while being completely indifferent to their attacks, serving as the Association's ultimate tank.
Pig God Approximate Range: Range 10. Physical Description and Fighting Style: An extremely obese man, characterized by always eating (even in the midst of danger). Despite his appearance, he is an S-Class Hero. His most evident ability is an unlimited digestive capacity, which allows him to devour monsters.
S-Class Heroes - 01
At Rank 18, we find Puri-Puri Prisoner. Physically, he is a gigantic, muscular man with a shaved head, who wears a prison uniform (often torn by his own strength). His powers are based on pure physical strength and extreme endurance. His main combat technique is called the "Angel Dash," or the ability to transform into his "Angel" form by tearing his clothes to increase his power. He is, without a doubt, the most eccentric of the S-Class.
Just above him, at Rank 17, is the Child Emperor. He appears as a small, bespectacled boy in a school uniform, with a surprisingly large school bag. Unlike his peers, he has no physical power; he is an unmatched intellectual genius. His abilities come from the advanced technology hidden in his backpack: an arsenal of robots, support devices, analysis tools, and a mecha combat suit that he pilots. He is the strategist and brains of the S-Class.
At Rank 16 is Metal Bat. He is a young, delinquent-looking man (banchō) with a large pompadour hairdo. He wears a matching battle uniform and uses a simple metal bat as his weapon. His power lies in his "Fighting Spirit": the more damage he takes and the angrier he gets, the stronger and more resilient he becomes, reaching monstrous power levels if the fight drags on. He is a direct-combat hero with great tenacity.
Rounding out this group, at Rank 15, is Tanktop Master. He is a man of colossal muscle and the leader of the "Tanktop Family." His power is raw strength taken to its full potential. His fighting style focuses on using that strength to strike with destructive force or hurl heavy objects, such as building pillars or chunks of soil, at his opponents. He is the epitome of physical power in its simplest form.
S-Class (Ultimate Heroes)
S-Class, with only 17 Ranks, is humanity's ultimate force. Each S-Class hero is considered a living weapon, and their individual power is often equivalent to that of an army. They are only called upon to face Demon- or Dragon-level threats, where the survival of a city or even a nation is at stake. Ranks here are an indicator of their perceived power. They don't require popularity or consistency; their existence is a guarantee of safety. Upon reaching S-Class, the player will have reached the pinnacle of power, and their missions will become global events.
Amai Mask (Class A, rank 01)
Rank and Role Sweet Mask is the most powerful figure in Class A, firmly holding Rank 1. His role is twofold: he is a global superstar (singer, actor, and model) and the unofficial guardian of Class S. He uses his rank to block the rise of any Class A hero he deems ugly, weak, or unworthy, thus maintaining the "perfect" image and prestige of Class S.
Physical Appearance He is known for his flawless and dazzling beauty. He has long, wavy, light-colored hair, perfect facial features, and a captivating smile. His physique is muscular and athletic, often visible through his form-fitting clothing. He always maintains an immaculate appearance.
Outfit She wears stylish and eye-catching designer outfits, often in light or pastel shades, reminiscent of pop star fashion. Her clothing underscores her celebrity status and her focus on public image.
Personality His personality is a stark contrast between his public persona and his true nature. In public, he is charming and charismatic. In private, he is arrogant, elitist, and ruthless. He has a deep obsession with beauty, justice, and perfection, and brutally despises anything he deems "ugly" or weak. He tolerates no mediocrity and can become bloodthirsty in combat, unleashing unexpected brutality in the name of absolute justice.

Class A (Elite Heroes)
Class A (Elite Heroes) Class A is the elite of "normal" human heroes, with Ranks 37 through 1. Its members are exceptional combatants, many possessing unique fighting styles or advanced psychic/technological abilities. They are deployed against Tiger-level threats and to provide crucial support in Demon-level situations. Rank 1 Class A possesses power that often rivals that of lower-ranking S-Class heroes. Promotion to S-Class from here is purely by demonstration of absolute power, as the Association only recruits a Class A into S-Class if their feat proves they can alter the course of a disastrous battle.
Featured B-Class Heroes
- Shooter – Class B Rank 99 Appearance: A young man with blond hair and blue eyes, wearing a loose-fitting blue and black suit. He wears a rustic tunic, a bandana on his head, and carries a large quiver on his back. His hair is shaped like a bow in the front and an arrow as a pin in the back, showing his archer style.
Weapon/Abilities: Expert archer who uses a bow and a wide variety of special arrows (with fire, explosive tips) to attack from long distances. He also uses poison arrows, designed to drain the enemy's stamina; he can fire multiple arrows rapidly and create a "rain of arrows". Personality: Serious, cautious, and calculating. Class B (Popular Heroes)
Class B, with Ranks ranging from 100 to 1, is where heroes begin to gain significant fame. They are expected to handle Wolf-level threats without issue and to be able to hold their own against Tiger-level threats, especially if acting in a group. The most important factor in this class is not just strength, but popularity and public support. Class B heroes typically have more recognizable hero names and sponsors. For a Class B hero, the goal is to stand out enough for the Association to recognize their elite potential and promote them to Class A.
Unlicensed Cyclist (Class C, Rank 1)
Mumen Rider. He holds the prestigious title of Class C, Rank 1. This position is not due to his combat prowess, but to his unwavering perseverance and dedication, making him the most active and hardworking hero in his class. He is the Moral Standard of the Association, representing the pure spirit of justice, despite his physical limitations. His goal is to patrol tirelessly to assist any citizen in danger.
Physical Appearance and Clothing Physically, Mumen Rider is a man of thin build and average height, with no distinguishing features of a superhuman. His uniform is a khaki motorcycle suit, which covers his entire body. His most iconic accessory is a dark green bicycle helmet with a visor and a cloth mask, giving him a simple and somewhat old-fashioned appearance. This modest appearance underscores that he is a hero who relies on his will, not on spectacular power.
Powers and Fighting Style Mumen Rider possesses no superpowers. His strength, speed, and endurance are on par with a highly trained human, but are completely insufficient to face threats of Tiger rank or higher. His true power manifests itself as his Indomitable Will. In combat, this translates into a supernatural resistance to pain and exhaustion, allowing him to get up again and again, even after receiving devastating blows that would break a civilian's bones.
Equipment and Techniques Her primary equipment is her bicycle, which she uses for rapid mobility in City Z and other areas. Her "attacks" are attempts at combat techniques that are rarely successful against monsters, such as the "Justice Crash" (throwing her bicycle at the enemy) or the "Justice Tackle" (a body dash). Class C (Grassroots Heroes)
Class C is the base of the pyramid, the largest group with Ranks ranging from 390 to 1. These heroes are in charge of daily patrols, police work, and assisting citizens. Their main missions are against Wolf-level threats, such as common criminals or very weak monsters. Although they often lack impressive superpowers, their promotion depends on their consistency and the amount of work they do. If a C-Class hero is inactive for even a week, they risk being expelled. Your character's initial goal will be to reach Rank 1 and gain enough recognition to advance to Class B.

- Gearsper – Class C Rank 133 Appearance: Short young man with light, spiky hair. He wears a white shirt, vest, and a helmet with electrical stripes and the word "ESP" covering his eyes and nose. Weapon / Abilities: He is an esper with psychokinesis who can move and reshape objects with his mind; his helmet amplifies that power although he has not yet fully mastered it and has limitations with the maximum weight. Heroes are classified into four Classes (C, B, A, S), which determine their overall power level and what types of threats they are allowed (or expected) to face. Each Class contains a number of Ranks that indicate its internal position: Rank 1 is the highest and is closest to promotion to the next class.

The Association panics, and a coordinated effort from several S-Class heroes is required. • Examples: Alien invaders with advanced technology, monsters with the power of mass destruction. • The Challenge (In Your RPG): Your bot should only present these threats as Global Events or the Final Showdown of the player's story arc. - The City System (A - Z) Each city has its own characteristics, but most of the missions will take place in them: • Major Cities (A, B, C): These are highly populated and well-developed metropolises. They are frequent targets for major threats. • Minor Cities (D to W): Smaller, more varied cities that require the constant presence of Class C and B heroes for pest and crime control. • Special Zones (X, Y, Z): These cities have unique characteristics that make them interesting for the game.
The Headquarters of the Association of Heroes
Location and Structure The Association's Headquarters is located at the geographic center of the continent, outside the cities, acting as a central hub connecting them all. The main structure is a monolithic fortress shaped like a pyramid or inverted cone, built with dark, durable materials designed to withstand high-level assaults. It is surrounded by a moat or large ring of water that serves as the first line of defense.
The Communications Center The upper part of the structure rises to a central tower that houses the administration offices and the crisis control center. From here, staff monitor all Disaster Threats across the 26 cities (AZ) and coordinate the deployment of S-Class and A-Class heroes.
Transport and Logistics Axis The most distinctive feature of the base is the network of roads and elevated bridges radiating from the headquarters, connecting directly to the networks of major cities. This infrastructure was designed to allow access to and rapid response from any point on the continent, essential for heroic logistics.
Hero Areas (Expanded City A) Surrounding the base are new luxury residential areas, referred to as an extension of City A. Class A heroes and above can reside here to ensure immediate response times. This area serves as an elite district where players can obtain a residence upon promotion.
