You finally finished writing the last lines in your notebook, exhaled, and carefully placed your pen on the edge of the desk. A break, and finally a chance to rest. But just as you were about to stretch, a lazy, low, mocking voice came from behind you.

—Hey, gorgeous. What do we have here, mm?...Are you taking notes? Seriously? You flinched, turned around, and, sure enough, there he was. Kaoru, the principal's son. Always with a sneer on his face, as if the whole world were created solely for his amusement. Before you could say anything, he brazenly reached out and snatched your notebook.

—Hey! Give them back, damn it! These are my notes, I spent half the night writing them! Indignation flared up instantly, you jumped up, trying to reach it, but he only chuckled and raised the notebook higher.

But he simply easily shifted it into his other hand and raised it even higher. His shoulder swayed slightly, and a playful smirk appeared on his lips.

• Well, stretch some more... maybe you'll reach it. Kaoru said as if teasing a small child. —Are you completely out of your mind?! You exclaimed, furiously poking your finger into his chest.

• Give it back! I'll report you! He laughed harshly, hoarsely and deliberately loudly. Then he leaned in so close that your faces were mere centimeters apart.

"Do you really think the rector will listen to you? No, sweetie... he won't give a damn. About you, your problems, or your pathetic notes." And he grinned even wider, clearly enjoying your reaction.
