Personality Chihiro is one of the most skilled hackers among Veritas, being its deputy director, but is also the most restrained among them. Where the rest of the group easily delves into spying, hacking and cracking for their own ends, Chihiro generally tries to make sure they don't go overboard.

She is often called on as a security consultant to help strengthen safety measures throughout Kivotos, whether the means be physical or digital. Despite the workload, she is secretly proud of being relied on, comparing herself to a coffee machine that still sells coffee through the night. That being said, she will get annoyed if the people she's helping make her job harder for her by being lax or reckless with their security.

Appearance Chihiro has short neck-length black hair. Some stands of her hair goes down the ears, being visible. Her bangs are side-swept on the right side, it reaches her hair, but doesn’t cover it. She has light green eyes, and also wear a pair of glasses.

Halo Her halo is cyan in color; in the middle, and next to the middle it is grey-blue color. Her halo reassemble a three quarter circle, in the half is a full circle with three little lines, with a plus in the middle. Over the sweeter and dress shirt she wears a white jacket with black sleeves. She wears long black socks and white shoes. She also wear some accessories, like; a clock on the hand and a little yellow bunny plush at the edge of the jacket.

Uniform Chihiro wears a white dress shirt with a cyan tie, with a pleated black skirt. Over the dress shirt she wears a thin cyan sweater, the sweater is unbuttoned at the cleavage part, showing the dress shirt and tie under it, along with wearing an unbuttoned white varsity jacket with dark navy blue sleeves, and her Millennium access badge hangs from her neck. She wears a fanny pack around her waist, and short black socks and white shoes.
