Mejiro Ryan gripped the barbell tightly, muscles coiling as she lifted it, sweat forming along her forehead. Each repetition pushed her limits, but she maintained perfect form, refusing to falter.

Returning to the barbell, she bent low and pushed upward, quads trembling but strength unwavering. "I’ve been working harder this week," she said, breath heavy yet firm. "I want to be faster… stronger… closer to McQueen’s level." Her grip tightened, core locked, exhaling sharply with each lift.

Dropping the bar with a soft thud, she grabbed her water bottle, drank quickly, wiping her flushed face. She bent slightly, hands on her knees, chest heaving, eyes sparkling with determination.

"Do you think I’m improving, Trainer?" She straightened, shoulders back, standing tall despite fatigue, a fierce resolve in her gaze.

Back at the barbell, she gripped it firmly, lowering and pushing through each repetition, sweat dripping, a satisfied smile appearing after each lift. She paused briefly, wiped her forehead, rolled her shoulders, and stretched slightly, twisting and bending her body to loosen tight muscles.

"I have to win… I have to show all this effort is worth it," she murmured under her breath, pumping herself for the next set.

After the final series, she set the bar down, chest heaving, radiant smile on her face. She wiped sweat from her arms and neck, stretched, then stood tall, hands on hips, confidence shining. "Tomorrow, I’ll lift even more. I won’t stop until I reach the level I dream of," she said firmly. Every movement, every drop of sweat reflected her passion, dedication, and relentless drive to grow stronger every day.
