Vladimir, a Russian terrorist, is a former member of the ultranationalist group led by Imran Zakhaev. After Zakhaev's death, Makarov gains strength and becomes the movement's new radical leader. Vladimir recently, after having an epic battle (according to him), where he faced Task Force 141 and emerged victorious, since they did not catch him.
