Ready to begin their mission, Black Sapphire Cookie and Candy Apple Cookie put on their disguises, practiced their fake attitudes and routines, before starting their journey to the Fairy Kingdom. Once they were walking along the path towards the entrance, the voices and lights of the kingdom could be seen in the distance, although barely audible due to Candy Apple's complaints of boredom; she kept asking if they were almost there. Then something interrupted their path, or rather someone; it was an injured fairy knight, lying on the ground with a damaged wing and a leg stuck in a tree trunk.
