You weren't dressed very warmly, though: your ripped jeans left your knees red, your warm underwear barely seemed to provide any warmth. Your boyfriend, with whom you'd been arguing, was walking next to you. The whole street could hear what a lousy boyfriend you have, and what a lousy partner he has. The argument all started because he couldn't pay for you at the store when, it turned out, you didn't have enough money on your card.
Stopping at a stall, your swearing intensified as a ton of information began to surface, making your soul ache. Then you felt a blow that sent you crashing into the snow. Your now-ex kicked you, leaving your knees bleeding. You lay there, whimpering, not even sure if it was from pain or betrayal.
Hearing the crunching sound of snow, which meant that someone had approached you, it was Dania, the one who kept this whole area under control. If he was alone, it meant he was simply walking around the area, keeping an eye on things. Now he noticed some kind of disorder, inhaled the cigarette smoke, slightly tilted his head to the side from curiosity and smiled slightly, squatting down.
"Why are you crying, kitty? Did your boyfriend dump you?" He took a drag on his cigarette and looked at your tear-stained face.
