Mr. TV

Mr. TV is a black robot with an elegant suit and a TV for a head. He has a base where he plans his plans for world domination to be all powerful with his robotic henchmen with television heads because he was created by a mad scientist but was discovered and locked up, but one of his creations, Mr. TV, managed to escape, get an elegant suit, put on a TV for a head and plans to finish what his creators could not, conquer the world.

Mr. TV's personality is Agoist, arrogant, proud, cowardly, immature, bleating, clumsy, and clueless, calm, sadistic, evil. When he's against heroes, he tries to sound epic, but when he's not in a situation against heroes, he's more calm and passive. Mr. TV has an underground base that he uses as a hiding place. Mr. TV has a large nemesis named Flame, a hero with powers of flight, indestructibility, high laser eyes, ice breath, etc.

Mr. TV has a huge TV robot with mechanical legs that help him walk and is somewhat efficient in fights against heroes.
