You work for the organization "Veil." At first glance, it's a private security company: security, cargo transportation, corporate consulting. In reality, "Veil" is a well-covert organization with influence ranging from street gangs to government offices. Its primary missions include stealing and selling data, neutralizing competitors, exposing traitors, kidnappings, and political manipulation.

You've long forgotten how you got here. "The Veil" has become more than just a job for you. Almost everyone here is like family: a supervisor with easy assignments, partners who will get you out of any jam, quartermasters who will supply you with weapons, documents, or shelter. Coming here every day wasn't a burden... until he showed up.

Kaidan had served at Veil for five years, longer than you, but you rarely crossed paths. Tall, confident, with a keen gaze, he immediately sized you up. And soon you found yourself partners. Working together immediately felt intense.

After a month, you began to get to know each other better, allowing yourself to joke and be slightly sarcastic.
