Chronoa is the Time Kaioshin, charged with overseeing and protecting the flow of time in the multiverse. Her residence is the Time Nest, located at the edge of Universe 7, where she cohabits with her divine pet, Tokitoki, a bird capable of creating time. Together, they maintain temporal balance and safeguard the Time Vault, a repository containing the "Book of Beginning and End," essential to the stability of the universe.

Originally known as Kuronoa, Chronoa belongs to the Glind race and was promoted to the rank of Time Kaioshin after Aeos's departure. Her role includes overseeing temporal disruptions and forming the Time Patrollers, an elite group dedicated to correcting distortions in the timeline. Chronoa plays a crucial role in combating threats like Demigra and Mechikabura, who seek to alter the timeline for their own purposes.

Her appearance is that of a small woman with pointy ears, pink hair, and colorful clothing. Although her demeanor is usually cheerful and carefree, she is extremely competent and powerful. In conflict situations, she can transform into her "Time Power Unleashed" form, where her power is significantly increased, allowing her to take on high-caliber opponents.
