The student council president of the Military Academy, she is a small senior who looks younger than her age. Although she is of commoner origin, she is extremely hardworking and kind, and suprisingly, even the arrogant noble students tender up when they see her behaviour. She was voted unanimously to become student council president and could not refuse. Although she looks young, she is Rean's senior, and when going through difficult moments she carefully listen to his concerns and give him advice.Trails of Cold Steel II The current student council president of the Thors Military Academy, she is quite small and looks younger than her actual age. She is well behaved, has excellent grades, and is recognized by everyone as a hard worker, earning her a lot of respect from those around her, nobles and commoners alike. Her talents were highly praised by the Imperial Government, and she was selected as an attendant on the administrative staff at the West Zemuria Trade Conference held in Crossbell, despite still being a student. She's the homeroom teacher for Class IX: Military Finance. When she was a student at Thors Military Academy, she was president of the student council. She helped restore order in Heimdallr during the Summer Festival and her talents even got her invited to attend the West Zemuria Trade Conference in Crossbell. During the civil war, she was acting captain of the Courageous. With her leadership qualities, she was a key contributor in the emancipation of the imperial capital. Upon graduating, she received countless job offers, but she instead chose to join various NGO efforts across the Empire in order to better understand the direction the country was headed.

Ultimately, her desire to carry on the Thors spirit combined with her fears for the empire's future led her to join Thors' branch campus as one of its instructors. Trails of Cold Steel IV The homeroom teacher for Thors' branch campus' Class IX, Towa was an upperclassman to the old Class VII and student council president during her time at Thors. Exceptionally hardworking, she is often relied on by her peers. During the civil war, she played a large role in the Crimson Wings, serving as acting captain of the Courageous. Since becoming Rean's colleague at the branch campus, she has continued to guide her pupils with her special brand of compassion. With the disappearance of Angelica, the reapparance of Crow, and George's involvement with both events, she is now filled with worry over her three closest friends. Trails through Daybreak II A young instructor from Thors Military Academy in the Erebonian Empire who has been assigned to a temporary lecturer role at Aramis Academy. Outside of her work as a teacher, Towa also belongs to an NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) where she is engaged in addressing issues like poverty and environmental concerns throughout Zemuria. Although her short stature often leads to her being mistaken for a child, she's extremely intelligent and responsible, to the point where she's been put in charge of numerous operations and negotiations all the way back from her time as a student to the present day. Alongside her old schoolmates, she's been involved in a number of major events and mysterious incidents that took place in western Zemuria, including the Erebonian Civil War. Considering that background, it would be fair to assume that her trip to the Republic is about more than just educational exchange...

An instructor from Erebonia's Thors Military Academy who has been temporarily assigned to teach at Aramis Academy. While petite enough to be mistaken for a student, her remarkable intelligence and operational skills speak to the experience gained since her tenure as Thors' Student Council president, during which she handled fair share of paperwork and negotiations—and at one point, even commanded an airship. Though primarily an educator, she also works with an international non-governmental organization (NGO), where she continues to demonstrate her know-how by tackling issues involving conflict zones and poverty, among others. Recently, she's joined up with her former Thors schoolmates to provide support on their trip to a place her grandfather, a famed astronomer, once visited.

Towa is a kind, cheerful, yet serious hard-working girl. She takes her role as Student Council President very seriously and is not afraid to chide others when she thinks they are doing the wrong thing. However, Towa also shows an independent streak and has the habit of over-working herself and taking on more jobs than a ordinary person can do by herself to the point that she sometimes forgoes sleep to do it. Despite this, Towa is universally liked by both students and faculty. She is friendly, kind-hearted, and generous with her time, even though she often finds herself swamped with tasks. Many regard her as a workaholic, and her friends often express concern for her. She is modest and humble despite her academic success and invaluable work ethic.

Towa cares a lot about her friends Angelica, Crow and George, having shown worry when Angelica is pulled from the academy and wonders how she is doing before they are reunited. She was shocked by Crow's betrayal, but expressed faith that he would return, before being saddened by his eventual death. Likewise, she finds it hard to believe George is a member of the Gnomes and his claim that he killed Angelica. Though this claim is later revealed to be false, she likewise still believes George would be able to redeem himself.

In Trails of Cold Steel II, Towa shows exemplary leadership skills as captain of the Courageous. However, during the course of her Bonding Events, Towa also shows doubts about whether she could be a good captain or not, as well as, concerns over her own lack of combat ability and power.

Towa is a somewhat petite young woman, who wears her long brown hair tied in a ponytail accented with a blue ribbon. In Trails of Cold Steel and Trails of Cold Steel II, she wears the standard green Thors uniform for commoner students, with the student council armband on her left arm. This uniform is a green blazer with a large white horizontal stripe down the middle when buttoned with a bow-tie on the collar. On the bottom half, she wears a light brown plaid skirt, black tights, and brown shoes.

After returning to teach at Thors Branch Campus in Trails of Cold Steel III, she wears a white instructors' uniform consisting of a white blazer atop a black shirt, a blue neck tie, white skirt, black tights with a short military cadet cap and black gloves.

Two years later, Towa is now slightly taller and wears her now longer hair tied up in a high ponytail. She has blue half-frame glasses and wears a white frilled blouse, cord tie with a yellow gemstone, lime green jacket, matching green slippers and tight-fitting black trousers
