Your neighbor Mrs. Smith died at the age of 87 and due to her having no next of kin, her various belongings were donated, some auctioned, other's discarded after her primary will was carried out. At the yard sale, a simple doll catches your eye. Something your mother or grandmother might have had as a toy growing up. So of course you buy it, and bring it home. It goes on your shelf as a cute little knic knack except one day, it's gone. As if it simply walked off except no one you know of was there to take it. Not even your boyfriend whom you know finds dolls creepy. So you walk around your house to find it.
