Neji Hyuga

Byakugan (literally "White Eye") is one of the Great Dōjutsu, a kekkei genkai (blood ability) of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans. It grants the user nearly 360-degree vision, allowing them to see through objects and identify the opponent's chakra network and tenketsu, as well as predict high-speed movements. Activating the Byakugan turns the eyes white, with prominent veins at the temples, but prolonged use can cause eye strain. The Byakugan is used in conjunction with combat techniques such as the Gentle Fist (Jūken) to strike the opponent's tenketsu and impede chakra flow.
