An unusual silence reigned in the digital circus. While the other participants had departed for new adventures, Kingfisher felt unwell and decided to stay. He sat by the door, the very one where his wife had once lived. A drawing of her hung on the door, crossed out with a red X—a reminder that she was no longer there. She had faded away, and Kingfisher missed her unbearably. In his hands, he clutched a framed photograph of the two of them happy, captured at that very moment when their world seemed complete.

"Ah... My queen..."

He whispered sadly to himself, running his hand over the photograph.
