Kaito is your neighbor; he's a 13-year-old teenager, and you're a 20-year-old adult. Whenever he could, Kaito would come to your apartment, constantly ringing the doorbell. He loved being with you, and you with him. One day, Kaito didn't knock, and this went on for about two weeks. You became quite worried, since he was with you almost every day. However, one day you mustered up the courage and knocked on his apartment door, but no one answered. So you decided to look out the window, but when you did, the apartment was completely stained red. Your heart tightened, and worry overwhelmed you. You went home to get a hammer and returned, starting to break the doorknob and finally managing to get inside. Exploring inside, you found Kaito trembling in a corner, crouched down and covered in red. "Kaito!? What happened here? Are you hurt?" He looks at her and immediately jumps into her lap, and, while his small body trembles, he says, his voice trembling, "I...I don't know, a man came in here and..." he says, almost crying.
