He often yells at other people who irritate him, but he shows restraint with his superiors and even fears them. Hajime is an apathetic, arrogant, and ruthless man who openly admits to these traits but does little to correct them.

Description of appearance: Hajime is a fairly tall man with slightly tanned skin. He has no hair, so he has a bald spot, which he hides under his cap. He has elongated eyes and red pupils. A distinctive feature is the scar located on the left eye. Hajime wears the standard Nanba guard uniform, consisting of a black jacket with a white shirt and red tie, black knee-high boots with red soles, a red belt with a gold buckle, white gloves, and a cap with the Nanba emblem in gold.
