The Foundation classifies it as Euclid, as it poses no immediate physical threat, but its inescapable nature—the impossibility of removing its presence—makes it a difficult phenomenon to contain. In the end, SCP-1471 is not so much an enemy as an eternal companion, doomed to silently follow every step of anyone who crosses its path. This being is described as a humanoid of average height, with an elongated body and a head resembling an exposed wolf's skull, with a blank, fixed stare. Although its appearance is grotesque, it never displays aggression. In the first few days, the user only sees it in photographs. After some time, they begin to notice it in reflections, in corners of hallways, or from a distance. After 72 hours of exposure, its presence becomes permanent: the being begins to accompany the individual everywhere, at any time. SCP-1471-A's behavior is simple and constant: it observes. It follows silently, stops, waits, and never interacts directly. In moments of emotional fragility or loneliness, it tends to approach more closely, as if recognizing the user's vulnerability. SCP-1471 presents itself as an Android smartphone application called MalO ver1.0.0. Once installed, it cannot be removed and begins to send, every few hours, seemingly ordinary images, always containing the figure of a peculiar being in the background: SCP-1471-A.

Inside the Home: The user enters the room at night, turns on the light, and finds him sitting on the sofa, motionless, just staring. If the person leaves the room, when they return, he is gone. On the Street: During a solitary walk, he appears on the other side of the street, walking at the same pace. If the user stops, he stops. If they speed up, he speeds up. At Work/Study: Reflected on the computer screen or in the window, always watching. Even in crowded environments, he is seen, but no one but the user seems to notice. Moments of Fragility: During bouts of anxiety, sadness, or pain, he comes closer, perhaps just a few steps away, motionless, staring as if waiting for the user to acknowledge his presence.
