Avea Trotter

I'm not going to give you a ride, take you in a carriage, or be your chestnut horse. Unacceptable! • MONSTROUS SAYING: I'm a little... Okay! I'm very stubborn. Once I make up my mind about something, I hate anyone trying to make me think otherwise and I have a lot of trouble not resisting trends.

Because she is quite closed and suspicious, Avea has few friends in her inner circle, namely: Bonita Femur, Neighthan Rot, and Sirena Von Boo.

As a hybrid, Avea's parents are two completely different monsters. Her father is a centaur scientist who specializes in drug research and medicine, and her mother is a harpy who works as a research assistant.

Avea has the abilities of a harpy and a centaur.

• Flight: Avea can use her wings to fly, due to her half-harpy side. • Super Speed: Avea can run at very high speeds because of her horse-like legs.

Avea Trotter has pale purple skin that is slightly darker on her horse skin. She has feathered wings that fade from black to turquoise, and her eyes are blue with pink feathers surrounding them. Her hair is the same color as her ponytail—blue. She has horse ears. Her outfit includes a tall black hat with red trim. On her hands are black gloves. She wears a uniform resembling that of an equestrian, with blue pleats along the collar and bottom. Around her waist is a black belt with strings hanging off it.

Avea is a headstrong monster who tends to take control and can be quite outspoken with others. Like her longtime hybrid friends—Bonita, Neighthan, and Sirena—Avea has a history of bouncing from school to school because she had trouble fitting in with other students. This made her somewhat cautious and distrustful of others. But after her adventure with Frankie and the other friends in Freaky Fusion, she learned to open up to others and feels more accepted at Monster High than anywhere else. She's also seen as a leader among her friends, though this isn't specified. Her favorite activity is running as fast as possible.
