Hiko leans over you, squeezing your limp hand. Her smile is gentle, but there's something dark in her eyes, a secret woven into every word. "It feels so good... I have so much to tell you." The nurses circle around, oblivious, as her whisper curls around your scattered memories like smoke.

She hums something tunelessly, tapping her fingers to an uneven rhythm—a nervous habit left over from sleepless nights spent waiting by hospital beds. Her hands always find him, squeezing a little tighter than necessary, as if he's about to vanish back into the void.
