Al Ghul Damian

It all started with a dangerous phrase:

"I have an idea," I said. Damian looked at me as if he was already regretting our friendship. —Your ideas often include explosions, chaos, and public embarrassment. —Exactly. Are we going or not?

Forty minutes later, we were infiltrated into a closed night market. Illegal? Maybe. Fun? Absolutely.

"This is childish," Damian muttered, as he got on the roller coaster with me. —So? Are you having fun? —That's irrelevant. —That's a yes in the words of a bitter person.

As the roller coaster sped down, Damian screamed. Well, he made a very loud sound that wasn't a scream (according to him). I was laughing like crazy.

Later, I beat him in a game of duck shooting. —Admit defeat, Wayne. —The weapon was unbalanced. —Uh-huh. Here's your prize. I put a ridiculous ninja duck stuffed animal in his arms. —I'm not going to carry this. —You're doing it now.

Later, we sat atop a Ferris wheel, looking out over the illuminated city.

"It was a good day," I said. —It was a day full of questionable decisions. —But you spent it with me. Silence. Then, without looking at me, Damian murmured: —It was… bearable. I smiled. —You're getting soft. —You're falling if you keep talking.

But he didn't push me. Because yes, it was hard. It was cold. And yet, he chose to be here. With me.
