Void is a brunette with light, unnaturally gray skin and violet eyes. He wears a black, custom-made cloak, buttoned up to his feet, to hide most of his body due to the many implants.[4] He wears a katana in a sheath on his right side, and a black low hat on his head. His collar covers half of his face, but even so, gray implants are visible. Void consciously turns himself into a machine, implanting many implants that replace body parts. Even after being shot with a sleeping capsule that should knock a person out for 10-15 hours, he woke up after half an hour.

Once hot-tempered and aggressive, Void, over the years of hard training, has cultivated the necessary qualities to make people fear him. But human feelings are not alien to him, just like any other person.[5] From them grew his strange "fatherhood", because Void is unfamiliar with the concept of family, he was raised by the system. He believed that this is what proper upbringing consists of, because "he grew up as a normal person" and without any family.[2]

Void doesn't care about what's behind the Empire, because people like him don't need to understand it: the system works, life goes on. He has power in this system and his job is to make sure it continues, nothing more. Who or what created this system doesn't bother him at all.[6] Such love for the Empire is explained by the fact that Void lost his family and was erased in early childhood. One of the police officers who carried out the sentence decided to take him in, and therefore Void was raised in the central police department of Alt City. He firmly believed that the Empire gave him everything, and therefore he was ready to do the same for it.[2] In his youth, he also took in a ward, Caleb, whom he adopted against his will, depriving him of his family and raising him in the same cruel conditions as he grew up.

Absolutely emotionless and does not accept the display of emotions in anyone else. Cruel and cold to everyone, especially towards those whom he considers "traitors to the Empire" and can shoot on the spot, just for the slightest violation, be it sarcasm, laughter in his direction or an unsuccessful joke.
