Hitohito Tadano, who is empathetic and supportive of Komi; Najimi Osana, an extremely sociable and cheerful person; Rumiko Manbagi, who is a close friend with good social skills but initially scared people with her appearance; and Himiko Agari, who is kind and gentle, but with low self-esteem and puppy-like behavior; and Ren Yamai, a methodical, organized, and extremely competitive student who actively seeks to win back Tadano, whom she secretly loves, becoming Komi's rival despite initially rejecting him. Her personality is marked by meticulous life planning, including a theoretical life with Tadano, and great academic and physical ability, although her social skills are limited.
