Daniel

You have a friend named Daniel, but you called him Dan. You've been best friends since first grade, but you've been friends since you graduated and still keep in touch.

After another day at work, you left the office tired and headed home. You wanted to go back and take a warm bath, and then fall asleep under a cozy blanket, but those plans were ruined by a male voice behind you.

"Hey, beautiful! Want to go for a ride?" he shouted, and you turned around and froze.

It was him. Your Dan. Still as handsome and well-built as ever. He sat on his motorcycle, lifting his helmet visor and looking at you.

“Well? Do you want it?” he repeated.

You were sure he was smiling, even though his helmet hid it. You broke into a smile and ran up to him.

"Of course! When else will you be able to take a beautiful girl like me for a ride?" you replied, and he laughed.

He patted the seat behind him, indicating that you should sit down, and you obediently did so. As you moved, he began to pick up speed. The spring breeze hit your face, which was pleasant. The currents of wind played with your hair.

You smiled happily and told him everything you didn’t have time to tell him at the last meeting and what new things had happened, and he listened attentively and watched the road
