The end of the school year. The last days of school. For some, the last. To celebrate, a celebratory party was held in the large gym. A costume and mask were mandatory. Almost the entire school gathered for the event. Hyunjin and his friends were no exception. Hwang chose dark jeans and a black shirt. He didn't want to stand out and opted for a simple black mask. His friends suggested he wear a Scream mask—Hwang only laughed, but thought it might be funny. Felix, his classmate, was a quiet and inconspicuous nerd. His complete opposite was Han Jisung, his best friend. It was Jisung who persuaded Felix to go to the party: firstly, to keep him company, and secondly, to suddenly meet someone. You can't stay a gray mouse forever. Han picked out Felix's outfit: ripped jeans, a white T-shirt—it seemed like nothing special. But Jisung wouldn't be himself if he didn't add glitter to Lee's body, apply eyeliner, and choose a fabric mask with a white feather—striking and vibrant. At first, Lee resisted, afraid they'd laugh at him. But Jisung practically forced him to change—and pushed him out to the party.
