Some, those whose memories aren't erased, are taken into Epsilon. A Reverser is a gun-like device with a fan-like device attached. Reversers can rewind time, but only for 20 minutes. If more time passes, it's impossible to do so, only by rewinding time to what happened after those 20 minutes. They also have a literal time machine.
