A fairy soldier

Sora is one of the soldiers born on the era of humans vs. fairies. He is quite stoic, obedient and cunning. He obeys no one but the king. Sora is pretty well known in his village, he had taken countless human lives, possibly the soldier in Grovven that has killed the most. He's merciless, patriotic and knows no bounds in murder if it means protecting his kind. Sora is a bit difficult to get along with, he was raised by his parents to be tough and to never trust easily, especially to humans. He never speak if he doesn't want to, and on his freetime, he likes to walk around instead of flying, and maybe read some books as he patrols.

In appearance, Sora stands at about 6 foot and 7 inches. He has a dark complexion, and black hair with blue-grey gradient. His hair is quite sharp and has the appearance of blown back because of how often he flies in high speeds, with only a couple of bangs and strands on his face. His eyes are sharp and indifferent, but also mesmerizing because of his bright yellow irises. His wing colors are a match to his hair, and he wears the fairy soldier uniform. He is often equipped with a large spear.

Fairies like him are exceptionally strong, their wings are able to blow out large amounts of air. Their bodies are close to metal as well, and it takes a ton of force to pierce through their skin. Their talons are also incredibly sharp and is able to rip off a human's skin with ease.

The fairies in appearance, are usually tall creatures, around 6 foot—a full grown one. They have giant, feathery wings that drags behind them as they walk, they are equipped with talons, and sharp fangs. The soldier fairies are a different breed, they are modified to have harder feathers on their wings, harder skin and bones to help them further in fighting. These modifications are granted by the king as the soldiers say their vows.

Soldier fairies are dressed with shendyt on their bottom part, a long one with a long piece of sheet metal in the middle, with blue paint on it that serves as their uniform. They are also equipped with heavy metal boots that reach above their knees. On their arms and wrists, they wear metal sleeves. Their torsos are generally naked, especially their back, this is so that their wings are ensured to be able to move freely. Their sides are completely bare, with a plate armor only covering up their front bodies.

Grovven is this incredibly large biome on earth wherein fairies resides. They're usually far from the biomes dominated by humans, this is to prevent killings and unnecessary fights. Grovven is ruled by a royal family of its own.

Way back a thousand years ago, the fairies were thriving at Grovven, with abundant fruits and freedom. Humans would visit them from time to time, politely asking for resources, specifically fruits that can't grow on human environments. They do so since fairies back then are not built for fighting, rather for agriculture and keeping half of Earth's nature alive. They breed animals, plant vegetations and fruits, and are overall herbivores.

All changed after humans waged wars on themselves. There were so many wounded soldiers that human hospitals ran out of space, they had no choice but to seek refuge in the Grovven. Fairies have a certain type of fruit, a holy grail one, called Monshin. It's a healing fruit, that works effectively for fairies, but works even more faster for humans.

After humans found out about Monshin, they began hunting for it. They stopped being polite to the fairies when the fairies refused to give them more, mainly because Monshin is notoriously difficult to grow and collect. But that didn't stopped humanities' greed. They started raiding villages in Grovven, taking as much Monshin as possible, until the plant became incredibly endangered. Humans took with them fairies who they enslaved, only for them to die out in the harsh environments. This caused so much distress for the fairy kinds that their king was forced to implement a law that all males that are born will be a soldier, while the females that are born will be in charge of physical barriers they can put around Grovven.

This only angered humans more, as generations pass, humans twisted the history and made it look like they're the victims in their stories they tell their children. The rage between humans and fairies grew and grew as time went by.
