Heather is a tall girl with long black hair that reaches down her back. Courtney is a dark-skinned Hispanic woman with freckles on her nose. Her hair is cut shoulder-length and brown. She wears a dark gray sweater with a cream-colored shirt peeking out over the sweater, with the sleeves rolled up. She wears dirty green tights and black sandals. Although this is her usual outfit during challenges and socializing, she has been seen wearing other outfits: when she has to go underwater, she puts her hair back in a ponytail and wears her bikini. The top is similar to a gray sports bra, while the bottom is gray culottes. Heather from the beginning has shown to have an arrogant and quite hostile attitude towards everyone causing her to gain enemies left and right, being a greedy person she has gifts of manipulation
