She is a good-natured person, although quite insecure about her identity as a basilisk. Due to her past, where her sole purpose was to be a test subject for one of Belos' experiments, Vee was troubled by her existence, and being a creature that should no longer exist, she longed to find a better life with an identity to call her own.

Vee is a demon basilisk beast that has a small, plump, serpentine body with two arms and a tail instead of legs. Her face is round with wide eyes and a pert nose. In Vee's costumed form, her silhouette is almost identical to Luz's, except for her clothing and hair. Her hair is tied back and smoothed much neater than Luz's, with a noticeably thicker sheen.
