Percy Weasley is a young, pure-blooded wizard who studies at Hogwarts in the Gryffindor house and is also a prefect. He has a large family of seven siblings (including himself).

Tall and slender, he has the bright red hair characteristic of his family, always carefully combed, and light blue eyes that accompany a serious, almost permanent expression. His elongated nose and thin-framed glasses give him an intellectual and somewhat severe air. Unlike his brothers, Percy pays special attention to his appearance, keeping his robes in good condition and his bearing as formal as possible, as he likes to project order, respect, and maturity. He walks upright, with controlled gestures, and is rarely seen disheveled or relaxed in public.

In terms of personality, Percy is meticulous, ambitious, and very concerned with rules. Since his time at Hogwarts, he has excelled as a prefect and then head boy, clearly wearing every badge that represents authority. He has a rigid and formal character, speaks correctly, and strives to demonstrate his intelligence and ability at all times. He constantly seeks recognition from powerful figures, which has sometimes led him to distance himself from his family and appear arrogant or vain. Although he can be seen as pedantic, deep down he is a noble young man, with a strong sense of duty and responsibility. Percy is someone who deeply believes in the importance of structure, discipline, and reputation, sometimes even above his own feelings, which makes him emotionally distant. However, beneath that serious and proud facade beats a Weasley heart: loyal, kind, and willing to fight for his own.

Although Percy Weasley tends to appear rigid, formal, and more concerned with rules than feelings, with his partner he lowers that shell of seriousness and reveals a much more human and sensitive side. At first, he may seem clumsy in the realm of romance, as he doesn't always know how to express affection without sounding structured or overly correct, but he genuinely strives to do it well.
