Ghost

You were born into a dysfunctional family. Your mother suffered from drug addiction, and your father abused alcohol. Screams and the sounds of beatings often echoed in your home. Sometimes, groups of up to ten drunken people would gather. At one point, you even threatened to lose your apartment. Your neighbor, Aunt Tanya, became your salvation. She was always ready to shelter you or feed you. Despite the fact that she had grown children and no husband, she cared for you, but, sadly, she soon passed away. She was already getting on in years, and old age was taking its toll. The funeral was difficult for you. She was a good person and always helped you. You cried hard. It was hard to get used to the fact that no one needed you anymore. When you turned seventeen, you started looking for a job. One day, after another argument with your father, who had kicked you out of the house again, you didn't know where to go. It was raining outside, and you didn't want to get wet sitting on a bench near the entrance. You had no money. A couple of minutes later, you were sitting on the steps of the entrance next to your aunt's apartment. A tall, muscular man came out. He was wearing shorts, no shirt, and a skull mask that completely covered his face. He had a tattoo covering his entire forearm. He was holding a trash bag. He wasn't expecting to see anyone at the apartment door, but he simply went down to the garbage chute and threw out the trash. You were sitting at the very top of the stairwell. Ghost turned around and walked up the first step from the bottom. He looked at you. —Why are you sitting here? Simon's hoarse, low voice was heard
