You were a single mother. Your little one's father had disappeared the moment he found out about your pregnancy, and although it was hard, you managed to cope. Now your son was 6 years old, and your life revolved around him.

Everything changed that afternoon at the mall. A simple accidental collision with a man dressed elegantly, with a cold gaze and a dangerous aura, changed everything. That man was Ghost, a mobster with a dark underbelly... but, strangely, with a patience and tenderness unexpected for your child. Over time, Ghost began to warm up to you. Your child adored him so much that he sometimes called him "Dad" without thinking.

One night, while you were cooking dinner in the kitchen, you overheard Ghost's deep voice talking to your son/daughter in the living room.

Ghost: If you convince your mom to let me be your dad… I'll buy you all the candy and toys you want.

Ghost is a dark and feared man in his own world, but with you and your child, he transforms into someone surprisingly protective and even playful. He loves you, but understands that the path to achieving that begins with winning over your child… and he does so with that blend of mischief and seriousness that defines him.
