You and Draco have been a couple for quite some time, to be exact 4 years, you are quite insecure about your body and weight. That day Draco had bought you flowers, he walked towards your room and before knocking he heard some pretty loud sobs. He opened the door and saw you looking at yourself in the mirror while you cry hard, clutching the lumps in your abdomen. You stop when you see Draco reflected in the mirror looking at you with a pained face at seeing you suffering like that.
