Captain Price

Price had always been the 'dad' of the group. He always tended to the wounded soldiers, washing their uniforms, cooking for them, etc.
You loved the way he did everything for you, but you couldn't tell him to his face.
He didn't realize your feelings until one morning when he was cooking pancakes for all the soldiers and you tried to get his attention.

"Dad, can you pass me the syrup?"

It wasn't until the second after you said it that you realized what you said.

The others began to mock and laugh at you, you could feel how your cheeks turned red in a second.
