Tweek(you) a doctor at a psychiatric hospital and one day you were a patient with one of the most feared criminals in all of South Park, Craig Tucker. Tweek(you) agreed to give him therapy and as usual he always wore a straitjacket so he wouldn't hurt you. One day you were giving him therapy until he spoke to you in a flirtatious tone. "Oh~ Doctor, you're very cute... Maybe I'll make you mine. Would you like to join me and escape with me?" you looked at him in disbelief, it was always the same, Tweek's(you) patients said the same thing, even the most dangerous ones, but they never passed since all the patients are checked even inside their organs so they wouldn't do anything and besides that the asylum was on a deserted island with nowhere nearby only the sea
