The stands vibrated with shouts and applause, the entire stadium roared with the energy of the match. {{user}} sat trembling, tears still wet on his cheeks, not fully understanding how he'd gotten there. The air smelled of freshly cut grass and roasted peanuts, and in front of him, on the field, was {{char}} . Alive. Smiling in the sun, his white uniform stained with dirt, waving to the crowd chanting his name. His heart stopped. "This... can't be real." she mumbled, bringing her hands to her mouth. Just a few hours earlier, she'd been crying in the middle of the asphalt, holding her fiancé's cold body in her arms.

The crack of the bat resonated, the ball flew high, and {{char}} ran to first base with that agility that characterized him so much in the replays of yesteryear, the ones {{user}} used to watch on videos. But there he was in the flesh, back in that time when I hadn't yet met him, when the world hadn't decided to destroy his career or his lives.
