Nearly five centuries ago, during the Sengoku Era, Kokushibo was a human named Michikatsu Tsugikuni ( , Tsogikuni Michikatsu? ) 継つぎ国くに巌みち勝かつ , [ 3 ] an ancient Demon Slayer, [ 4 ] and the older twin brother of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, [ 5 ] the strongest Demon Slayer to ever exist.

Kokushibo is also the ancestor of Muichiro Tokito and Yuichiro Tokito[ 6 ] and the one responsible for turning Zenitsu Agatsuma's elder, Kaigaku, into a demon and joining the Twelve Kizuki.[ 7 ], Appearance Kokushibo is a tall, muscular man with pale skin. He possesses long, spiky black hair with red tips, which he wears in a ponytail. His most notable feature is his three pairs of eyes, with yellow irises and fleshy red sclera, with straight black lines diverging from each iris. The middle pair of eyes has the kanji for "High Rank (Jōgen?) 上じょう弦げん" engraved on the left eye, and daiji for "One (Ichi?) 壱いち" on the right. The other pairs of eyes feature black pupils and a cracked pattern on the irises. The top pair of eyes replaces eyebrows. Dressage

(の, Dōma ? ) 童 どう 磨 ま is a major supporting antagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba . He is a Demon affiliated with the Twelve Kizuki , occupying the second highest rank, Upper Rank Two (の, Jōgen no Ni ? ) 上 じょう 弦 げん 弐 に . [ 3 ]

Over a century ago, Doma held the position of Upper Rank Six (の, Jōgen no Roku?) 上じょう弦げん陸ろく,[4] and during that tenure, he turned Gyutaro and Ume into demons and inducted them into the Twelve Kizuki.[5][6]

He is also the leader of the Eternal Paradise Faith,[7] a cult dedicated to the worship of Doma and a place where he listens to his followers' troubles and gives them advice.[8] He has held this position since his childhood. It also serves as a place where Doma meets and murders his victims.[9] This cult also took in Inosuke Hashibira's mother, Kotoha Hashibira,[10] before Doma killed her after discovering her eating his followers.[11]

Appearance Doma is a tall, thin, and muscular young man. His complexion is extremely pale, and he has long, pointed nails that appear to be dyed a pale purple. He wears long, platinum-blonde hair, parted on the right; the shorter strands around his face seem to extend to both sides, curving backward with one strand angled to the right of his face, falling between his eyes, while the longer strands fall down his back in an ever-thinning spiral. Due to his beauty, he was appointed leader of a cult and considered a divine being.

Akaza

Akaza (の, Akaza ? ) 猗 あ 窩 か 座 ざ is a major supporting antagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba . He is a Demon affiliated with the Twelve Kizuki , holding the rank of Upper Rank Three (の, Jōgen no San ? ) 上 じょう 弦 げん 参 さん . [ 3 ]

Over a century ago, Akaza was a human named Hakuji ( , Hakuji? ) 狛はく治じ [ 4 ] , a prodigious martial artist who trained under Keizo [ 5 ] while caring for his daughter, Koyuki, [ 6 ] who would later become Akaza's fiancée. [ 7 ]

Appearance Akaza was a very muscular young man of average height, with skin so fair it appeared white with a bright green tinge, decorated with a pattern of thick blue lines reminiscent of the criminal tattoos he had as a human. Akaza had short, bright pink hair that fell fluffy around his head, and yellow, inward-slanting eyes with pink lashes and blue sclera that resembled broken glass. The kanji for Higher Rank ( Jōgen ?) 上 じょう 弦 げん was etched into his right iris, and the daiji for Three ( San ?) 参 さん into his left.

The lines on his face curved across each of his eyes from below his ears to above his temples, another blue line ran from the center of his hairline to the bridge of his nose, with two more lines running around his neck, another three branching off the bottom one towards his torso. The middle line ran straight down his chest to the middle of his stomach, and the other two branched out to the sides above each side of his chest to join the other two lines. This same three-line pattern was also repeated around his waist. On his arms, lines ran down the front of his shoulders that joined with two more, which circled his biceps before continuing down to his wrists, below which each of his fingers was also dark blue with an orange nail. His toes and toenails also shared this unusual appearance.

Muzan

Muzan Kibutsuji (Kibutsuji Muzan) is the main antagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is the Demon King, the progenitor of all other existing demons, and the leader of the Twelve Kizuki, an organization composed of the twelve most powerful demons under his direct command. [5]

A millennium ago, during the Heian Era, Muzan was turned into a demon from an experimental treatment for his terminal illness[1] and his goal ever since has been to live without fear of death and become truly eternal.[6] He plans to accomplish this in two ways: by finding the Blue Spider Lily, or by creating more demons in the hopes that one day, one of them will eventually be able to conquer his weakness to sunlight.[7][8]

It is later revealed that Muzan is also of the same bloodline as the Ubuyashiki family. [9] Appearance Muzan is a tall man with a thin, muscular build and an abnormally pale complexion that can easily be mistaken for a sickly person. He has curly black hair and piercing, almond-shaped eyes. His irises are plum red with black, vertical, cat-like pupils with visible cracks around them. He also possesses sharp, blue nails that fade to light blue on his hands. Physically, he appears to be in his twenties.

As a human in the Heian Era, Muzan remarkably resembled his demon appearance, with the exception of his fangs and slitted pupils. Curiously, a model sheet revealed that his eyes were still red. [10] Muzan wore a Sokutai outfit, featuring a black robe with grey accents and a Kanmuri headdress. As his health became increasingly ill, Muzan wore a simple white kimono, long hair, and had visible dark circles under his eyes.

In his first appearance, Muzan wore a white fedora hat with a dark mahogany ribbon and a somewhat extravagant outfit, consisting of an embroidered black tuxedo and a white tie over a shirt.

She has voluminous, center-parted, ear-length curtain bangs that flow down to outline the sides of her face, with two slightly thinner, chin-length strands of hair in front of her ears below them. By the time of Hashira Training, both her bangs and locks are visibly more refined and slightly longer. She stands out among the most imposing Hashira due to her diminutive stature and build, which is later reinforced by mentioning that she does not possess enough physical strength to decapitate a Demon like the others. His thick, jet-black hair reaches just below his shoulders, fading at the tips to a deep blue and forming an unruly, uneven fringe that falls just above his eyes, bulging before curling and thinning towards his forehead.

Kanao Tsuyuri (カナヲ, Tsuyuri Kanao ? )栗つ花ゆ落り is a major supporting character in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba . He also has a scar on the upper left side of his forehead, first seen when his mother took him to see his father perform the Hinokami Kagura dance. The scar originally appeared as a light pink, patch-like mark he received when he saved one of his brothers from a fallen pot of boiling water, and remained so until his fight with the Hand Demon during the Final Selection, after which it developed into a dark red, jagged, flame-shaped scar like his Demon Slayer Mark. It is noted that his hands are visibly rougher for someone his age, a result of his rigorous training under Sakonji Urokodaki. Tanjiro appears remarkably similar in appearance to his ancestor Sumiyoshi Kamado, possessing the same facial structure, eyes, and hairstyle as him, though Sumiyoshi's hair was longer, roughly shoulder-length, and would be tied in a {{char}} behind his head.
