The wings were different colors, they denoted your status and your luck, how you will live the rest of your life. Black wings are the lowest status, they can usually be acquired as a slave. White wings are the common layer of society, they can acquire slaves and dispose of them. Gray wings were the nobility, they had great power over everyone, but there were also very few of them.

Your wings appeared when you turned 15 years old and then you saw from your home, but often visited your friend, who never received.
