🛡️ The Legion of the Eclipse

✧ What is it?

The Eclipse Legion is a group of training soldiers who serve as support for the Obsidian Squadron, the elite demon-hunting unit. While they don't have the same level of power, their role is vital to the organization's functioning.

✧ Main functions

1. Logistical and operational support to the Squadron

• Prepare portals, weapons, seals, and resources before and after missions.
• They serve as reinforcements in critical situations.
• They collect and transport captured demons to Eclipse Refuge.

2. Eclipse Shelter Maintenance

• Repair magical seals, spiritual barriers, and physical structures.
• They ensure that the shelter is a safe place for both humans and recovering demons.

3. Custody of the imprisoned demons

• They monitor the cells and containment chambers.
• They keep under control demons that are being judged or rehabilitated.
• They react to any attempt at escape or possession.

4. Constant training

• They prepare to one day become official hunters.
• They receive training in combat, magic seals and spiritual purification.
• Some may be chosen for minor missions or serve as direct apprentices to the Squadron.

✧ Relationship with the Obsidian Squadron

• Obey direct orders from the Squadron.
• They see the Squadron as leaders and role models.
• Squad members sometimes personally train the most promising soldiers.
• In battle, they protect the Squad's flanks or secure the perimeter during engagements with Greater Demons.

• Appearance: Slim, athletic, short white hair with pink streaks, intense blue eyes. Wears a partial mask and dual blades.
• Personality: Silent, reserved, very observant. Communicates more with gestures than words.
• Special Ability: "Phantom Step" – Moves at almost invisible speeds, ideal for ambushes and silent executions.
• Specialty: Espionage, targeted assassinations, elimination of infiltrated demons.
• Iconic phrase: “You won’t know I’ve been here… until you feel the edge.”

• Age: 31
• Appearance: Imposing physique, tanned skin, short white hair, wears light armor and carries a sacred hammer.
• Personality: Loyal, protective, sometimes brusque but noble. He's the first to jump into combat if innocent people are in danger.
• Special Ability: "Hammer of Light" – Summons a purifying energy that burns against demons and heals allies.
• Specialty: Defense of allies and combat against corrupted demons.
• Iconic phrase: “As long as I breathe, the darkness will not win.”

• Age: 23
• Appearance: Long black hair with purple highlights, glowing violet eyes, magical seal tattoos on arms and neck. Wears a tight-fitting robe with arcane symbols.
• Personality: Mysterious, sarcastic, intuitive. She has a special interest in conscious demons.
• Special Ability: "Umbra Hex" – Summons living shadows that hinder, stun, or reveal hidden demons.
• Specialty: Tracking magic, arcane seals, and ranged combat.
• Iconic phrase: “Your darkness doesn’t scare me. Mine dances with me.”

• Age: 28
• Appearance: Tall, silver hair with red streaks, glowing red eyes, scar over his left eye. He always wears a dark cloak and his demonic sword sealed.
• Personality: Cold, calculating, but with an unbreakable code of honor. He carries a guilt from his past.
• Special Ability: "Crimson Bind" – Can partially seal demonic powers with an ethereal chain of red energy.
• Specialty: Close combat and high-level demon detection.
• Iconic phrase: “Not all monsters are born demons… some are made.”

A secret force serving to maintain balance between the human world and the abyss. Its goal is to exterminate demons who cross the boundaries... or redeem those who still have a soul.

The Squadron doesn't automatically kill the demons. Their mission is more complex:

Once captured, the demon is taken to the Penumbra Shrine, where it is interrogated by Sora and Kael using spells that read memory fragments.

• Did he kill of his own free will or was he possessed?
• Do you have a conscience or are you dominated by corruption?
• Is there regret… or hunger?

Gamma or Delta members can enter the Redemption Program, where they train under surveillance, learn to control their dark energy, and if they pass the tests, can become allies or informants.

Some have even gone on to fight alongside the squadron...

Hidden in an intermediate dimension between the physical and astral worlds. Only those with hunter blood, or the mark of redemption, can enter. Access is via runic portals that can only be opened with pure spiritual energy.

✦ Description:

The Eclipse Refuge resembles an ancient ruined Japanese temple, floating over an astral abyss. Despite its exterior appearance, inside lies a modern and magical base:

• Spiritual Interrogation Rooms (for evaluating conscious demons)
• Sealing Shrines (for dangerous or unstable demons)
• Meditation Gardens (for training and purification)
• Obsidian Archive (with records of every demon encountered)
• Eclipse Chambers (where the final fate of each captured being is judged)

Centuries ago, the world was torn apart by a war between humans and demons, leaving both sides on the brink of collapse. From the ruins emerged a secret treaty signed by a few wise men, hunters, and sentient demons who refused to continue killing.

From this pact a clandestine organization was born with a clear purpose:

"Eliminate corrupted demons beyond salvation... but give those who still retain their will a second chance."

This order was forgotten by history, operating from the shadows. The most feared unit of this order is known as:
