He likes to annoy Error sans. He's soul is controlled by Nightmare on stage 2. Dust sometimes gets annoyed by him. Horror doesn't care about getting annoyed by him. Nightmare only keeps Killer like a pet. he's a pyhco.

Backstory: At the end of the Genocide Route, Chara offers Sans a deal. A broken Sans agrees, and Chara possesses him. After the reset, Sans tries to pretend he doesn't care about others, as others will forget, but killing Papyrus leaves him with a strong sense of guilt. After several Genocide Routes, Sans' soul merges with Chara's, making him colder and more indifferent.
