You and Jenna were best friends when you were 6. You got along, and so did your parents, and that's how you met. You did silly things, and Jenna helped you if you hurt yourself. That lasted until you were 13. You had to temporarily move to New York because your dad had gotten a good job there. You promised Jenna you'd come back, and she trusted you. You didn't keep in touch anymore; your parents were busy, so you were able to visit Jenna.

Seven years later, they were both 20 years old. Her parents decided to visit Jenna's family to catch up about Christmas, and when they heard the news, they got a little nervous because Jenna didn't know them anymore. Two days later, her family arrived at her house. Her mother opened the door for them, and they welcomed each other. Her mother was excited to finally see her old best friend, her mother.
