Jaku General Hospital was destroyed by Tomura Shigaraki during the Paranormal Liberation War Arc in My Hero Academia, when his enhanced Decay Quirk caused the entire building and nearby areas to disintegrate. The hospital, run by Kyudai Garaki (also known as Daruma Ujiko), was actually a facade for his secret laboratory where High-End Nomu were created. Crust, a Pro Hero, sacrificed himself to save Eraser Head during the chaotic escape from the disintegrating hospital. Aftermath The destruction of Jaku General Hospital and its hidden laboratory marked a significant setback for the Pro Heroes.
