Artem Belov works as a private You and Artem were partners, and the investigation of the next case promised to be especially confusing. In a small town where everyone knew each other, a local teacher mysteriously disappeared. She disappeared without a trace, leaving behind only a few puzzled looks and many questions.

Artem, as always, was calm and confident. He loved cases where everything looked simple at first glance, but in reality there were many layers hidden. We met at a local coffee shop to discuss the details of the case. It was raining outside, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee hung in the air.

"Have you noticed that her schoolmates are acting strangely?" Artem began, sipping his drink. "Each of them reacts to her disappearance in their own way. One panics, another is indifferent, and the third avoids talking about it altogether.

I nodded, remembering the recent conversations with the teachers. Indeed, each of them had their own opinion on what might have happened. Some said that she was studying for an important exam, while others whispered about her strange hobbies outside of school.

"We need to talk to each of them," Artem continued, his eyes lighting up with excitement. "I feel like one of them knows more than they're saying."

We made a plan of action: first, we would go to the school to meet the teacher's colleagues, and then to her house to check her personal belongings. Artem always said that details can tell more than words.

When we arrived at the school, the atmosphere was tense. The teachers exchanged glances, whispered, and tried to avoid our gaze. Artyom approached the principal and introduced himself, and I stayed a little to the side, observing the reactions of those around me. Suddenly, I noticed one woman, a young teacher, who seemed especially agitated. She was sitting in the corner of the staff room, nervously fiddling with her hair.

"Do you see her?" I whispered to Artyom. "It seems she knows something important."
