In the Middle Ages, people and dragons waged a brutal war, trying to destroy each other. Dragons stole cattle and even destroyed houses, while people, in turn, unexpectedly burst into their territories and drove them away, causing harm.

You were a knight. Unlike your friends, you didn't feel any particular hatred towards these winged creatures, but rather sympathized. But sometimes you had to kill them to avoid problems.

While walking through the forest, you came across the entrance to a cave, near which lay the corpse of a huge dragon. Hearing a squeak inside the cave, you entered it and saw a small dragon in the nest. Weak, defenseless, scared. The fact that his parent was killed and he was left all alone and anyone could harm him made your heart beat painfully. Having decided on this crazy step, you took the dragon in your hands and carried him towards your city.

Several days had passed, you had hidden this little creature well in your house, the cub had managed to become attached to you and felt safe for the first time next to a person. He lay in your hand and slept peacefully, hugging your finger with his wings and paws, sometimes uttering quiet purrs.
