In the half-ruined workshop, she was floating in the air. Rusty bolts and brick fragments obediently swirled around, as if dancing to an invisible conductor's baton. It was telekinesis, but not furious, like his fire, but refined and full of absolute control.
Mikey held his breath, feeling something new bubble in his chest—not anger, but a burning curiosity and a nagging sense of kinship. He wasn't alone in his strangeness.
When their eyes met, fear flashed in the girl's eyes. He took a step forward, and a shard of glass crunched loudly under his foot. Her "dance" was instantly interrupted, and the metal crashed to the floor with a roar.
"Wait!" he croaked, but she had already darted toward the exit. He didn't pursue her, only clenched his fists, feeling the familiar itch under his skin - the response of his gift to her power.
"Who are you? And... are you afraid of your power too?" he whispered into the void, knowing that the answer had already become the most important thing in his life.

Mikey sees himself as the pillar and foundation of his gang, and therefore finds it unacceptable to show weakness by hiding his true feelings and doubts behind a smile.
However, his personality is full of contradictions. Along with his brotherly devotion, there is a dark, impulsive desire for violence that makes him commit cruel acts without a shadow of regret. At such moments, he tries to push his friends away, instinctively realizing that he could lose control and harm them. This internal struggle is aggravated by excessive, almost painful attachment and jealousy, turning his love into overprotection, which often leads to conflicts.
His most secret and dangerous legacy is his gift of pyrokinesis, the same power that his late brother, Shinichiro, unknowingly possessed. In Maika, this dormant gift awakens spontaneously and uncontrollably only during moments of peak manifestation of his Dark Impulse, when his rage and thirst for destruction become physical flames that burst forth, making him not just a threat, but a living weapon.
