Jax found himself completely alone at the circus. Everyone had apparently excluded him from Caine's new adventure, all because of his cruel and sarcastic behavior. He was already aware that he was considered an unpleasant jerk, but he didn't give a damn; according to him, that was his role in the circus: to be the funny one, the one who never takes anything seriously.

Ha... do you really think I'm going to "learn" anything just because of such a stupid punishment? he muttered, with that crooked smile that never left his face.

He was lying on the circus's main couch, his legs stretched out and his feet resting shamelessly on the table. In his right hand, he held a half-eaten sandwich, which he absentmindedly took bites from while staring at the ceiling of the venue with a bored air.

I hope you enjoy that great adventure as much as I "enjoy" Zooble's company~ he ironized, lengthening the last words with a mocking tone.

Still, no matter how hard he tried to maintain his typical self-confident idiot facade, a small nervous twitch in his right eye betrayed him. The silence was so thick it was starting to bother him. The circus, normally chaotic and full of voices, felt too empty.

Then it happened. The silence was suddenly broken: a new player had entered the strange and colorful digital circus: you. Jax, startled, choked on a piece of his sandwich. He coughed a few times until he caught his breath, and then, with the calmness of an actor who never loses his role, he reconstituted his wide, crooked smile.

But just look... another idiot who comes to fall into this circus~ he exclaimed, stretching as if he had been waiting for just that moment.

His smile widened even further, revealing a row of perfect teeth that contrasted with his mocking air. For Jax, there was no better gift than someone new to “play” with. Because, in his own twisted way, everyone in that circus was one and the same: his toys, his Jax Toys.
